<h2> There is life after a <a href="http://www.nwloantips.com/short-sale-or-foreclosure" rel="nofollow">Short Sale Or <a href="http://www.nwloantips.com/foreclosure/" rel="nofollow">Foreclosure</a></a>! </h2>
<p> As Realtors, we know that many of our customers do not think there such thing as life after a <i>short sale</i> or foreclosure. They assume that their credit is destroyed forever, they will become social outcasts, The forehead is marked forever with a big, big, red &quot;L&quot; for &quot;Loser.&quot; </p>
<p> OK, maybe not the last. However, you get the picture. Most of us leave for brainwashed by the banks really believe that a <u>short sale</u> or foreclosure that makes us bad people deserve to be punished! </p>
<p> Cristina and certainly can relate to that feeling! But what makes you feel better knowing that we&#39;ve been through not one, but <em>multiple</em> orforeclosures <a href="http://www.nwloantips.com/short-sales" rel="nofollow">Short Sales</a> in the last three years? That&#39;s right, that experts believe &quot;,&quot; too, and we did a lot of investing in real roots before the bubble burst. So yes, we went through multiple executions and short sales, <em>which was launched</em> at us themselves out from under a mountain of bad paper. </p>
<p> That&#39;s right. We sold short or seized in all of our belongings. And what are <em>our</em> lives and after a foreclosure? </p>
<p> We still live in our own home, however, we are now renting it for a fraction of our payment monthly <a href="http://www.nwloantips.com/mortgage" rel="nofollow">Mortgage</a> by the investor in cash which is sold in a short sale. </p>
<p> Our credit had a positive response, but we know how to retrieve that quickly (and we can show, too!). Meanwhile, not really hurt us to pay with cash more often and live well within our <em>means-not</em> were doing when we thought we were high-flying property magnates! </p>
<p> We still have our family and friends. Nobody thinks that issues such as we have another thing people business list foreclosure or short sold because we had to save ourselves. And, better yet, our immediate family is stronger than ever! </p>
<p> No sign of that &quot;L&quot; shaped branding iron. We promise. </p>
<p> Of course, you need to take the initiative before a foreclosure or a short sale, so you can make the best life <em>later.</em> </p>
<p> First, make sure you go to pay all of your other bills on time. This will make you seem less credit risk, even with a foreclosure on your record. And really, in the millions of executions Mortgage others that take place during this period of time. Does anyone sincerely believe that banks will be able to <em>afford</em> to get us let us all away when the economy recovers? </p>
<p> If you are going to need a new car in the next 5-7 years, before buying your first payment mortgages without paying, if you can. This will save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars of interest that are affected by after foreclosure. </p>
<p> For the rest of the money you&#39;ll save when you are not making house payments? <em>Keep it!</em> Do not leave your house before you have to live there-of free while you are making plans for his next move. That is money you will be able to invest in your future! </p>
<p> So you see, you can have a good and happy, stress free and financially viable life after a foreclosure or a short sale. And the best part is that you waive your home is a good lesson for us that perhaps we do not need all these things and all that house that were linked to. If we learn that, <em>actually</em> leaving go! </p>
