Loan Modifications Companies

How can I sue Paul Rosow at Williams Law Center? He promised Loan Modification and ran off with my money.?
Paul Rosow at Williams Law Center, run by Jennifer WIlliams, Attorney at Law in Costa Mesa, CA offered my company Loan Modification Processing on behalf of my clients. After taking our client’s fee, they performed very little initial paperwork, and stopped conducting any processing of the loan modification request with the Lender. We want to file a legal complaint in District Court and prosecute them through the Attorney General. Any advise would be appreciated.
File a malpractice suit against the firm, or if you think they stole money, file a complaint with the police.
