I have tons of friends looking for a short sale and I always say that these properties are not always the best deals, so buy with caution. In addition to the Multiple Listing Service listings with "Bank Approved" or "needs approval Bank, where a person can find a short sale property?

A local real estate agent is the best way to Find Short Sales, because the agent is aware that the selling price will be lower due for the property. That said, I have no idea why his friends are looking for short sales. No bids to be had in purchasing this type. The lender (s) in question, one thing is not approved sale price far below current market value. Your friends could thus Buying a "short sale no 'to the current market value. I guess that their friends think that somehow a property that sells for less than you should make a bargain. Nothing further from the truth.
